The Basic Plan allows for only one combination of two tools, no matter how many subscriptions you buy. For example, if you have 3 seats of ARCHICAD you would need to buy 3 Basic Plans which would give each seat access to the same two tools.
You will be asked to choose which two tools you want included in your plan as you proceed through the checkout process.
You will need to contact us directly to change the tools in your plan.
Once you sign up for a subscription, you'll receive a link to download the Cadimage Installer. This will install all the Cadimage Tools on your computer. You'll just need to enter any licensing information it requests of you.
You can currently download the Tools for ARCHICAD 17, 18 and 19 via mycadimage.com.
Not at all - however you will need to remember:
1. You will need to purchase the correct amount of licenses for the number of staff wanting to access the tools (for example, if you have a NET10 license, and have 6 people wanting to use the tools, you would need to purchase 6 Cadimage Tool subscriptions).
2. You will also need to contact us once you complete the payment process so that we can activate the Tools against the NET license.
Our Standard Subscription does not include technical help, so you might want to consider upgrading to our Premium Subscription. This provides you with unlimited support, as well as a range of exclusive ARCHICAD tips and Objects.

Our customer portal, mycadimage.com, gives you access to your contact details, order history, newsletter preferences and more. You'll need to login using your username and password which will be sent to you when you sign up to use the tools.
That's easy - jump onto mycadimage.com and go to My Account → My Tool Subscriptions.
Your tools will continue to work until the end of your current billing cycle, and your recurring payments will be stopped. There are no fees or penalties for cancelling a monthly subscription.
Head on over to mycadimage.com and choose My Account → Tool Subscriptions. Then choose to Cancel your Subscription.
Head on over to mycadimage.com and choose My Account → Orders. There, you can view and print all your Cadimage invoices.
Not at all - our monthly subscriptions can be cancelled, upgraded or downgraded at any time, with no penalty fees. The yearly subscription option is a one-year contract which can be cancelled or renewed at the end of every year. For more information read our Terms and Conditions.
Head on over to mycadimage.com where you choose My Account → Tool Subscriptions. There you can add/remove licenses from your account.
If you have several people in your office who need the tools, you'll need to purchase multiple subscription licenses in the checkout process. So, if you have 6 people who need to access the tools, you will need to buy 6 subscriptions.
Nothing! You'll just need to upgrade the tools using the Cadimage Installer, but that's completely FREE!
Yes! That's just one of the benefits of being on a software subscription.
If you decide to cancel your subscription, the elements made using the tools within your ARCHICAD project remain in place - however they are 'view and print' only. You won't be able to edit the objects until you start up your subscription again.
